She fell. Rather hard and fast. She hit her bed on the way down, her body shifting up to her pillow. She knew how she felt. She was in love again. But her mind didn't agree with her heart.

Her eyes closed as she rested her cheek against the soft bundle of down. She breathed calmly. She let herself go and felt close to unconscious. All she remembered was the voice inside her mind. It spoke softly to her. Its words were minimal.

"Let me out, my dear..."

She faded. He came out.

His eyes opened. He blinked a few times, trying to adjust his eyes to spot out just where he was. He looked down as he slowly sat up, trying to get used to the female body he had taken over once again. He felt chills running about his body, something familiar to him. He always felt a bit cold in her shell when he first came in. He stretched and stood up, walking around the bed and looking into the full length mirror attached to her wall. He sighed at the sight of her body and tugged a bit at her shorter hair.

"You got it cut again?" He spoke with her voice, though a bit lower and softer, with a more sophisticated tone. "Eventually, you're going to shave yourself bald...I know this well enough..." He then looked at her arms, carefully inspecting them. "...Ok, good. No sign that she took over at all..."

Scratching at her knuckle with her hand, he tried once again to get used to the fact he was a male in a female body. He wanted to respect her. But at the same time, he couldn't help but adore the sight of her.

"You're in love again?" He said, turning slowly to see a photograph of her newest boyfriend on her bed. He sighed, taking the picture and inspecting it. "Heh...not bad...I should still take over at least once while you two are together...I need to make sure he's worthy of your love..." He placed the photograph back down exactly where it was.

He then walked slowly out of the bedroom. It was dark, and his eyes needed to adjust. Her room was lit by her room's lamp, and it shined against the wall of the hallway in front of him. He turned the lamp off with the light switch on her bedroom wall and looked back out. His eyes saw the wall and he pressed his hand against it. He looked around carefully, mostly along the floor.

"Where are you..." He whispered, almost nervously.

Instantly, a light chirping noise was heard just a little bit outside the room. He looked over to the source and saw the mid-sized cat, sitting just up the hallway, in front of the apartment's door. His eyes widened and his heart raced, where all the cat did was look back to him, emitting a chirping sound from his throat. The sound made him jump a bit.

"G-G-Good...good kitty..." He said, mildly frightened as he started to walk towards the door, the cat in his path. "I-I'm not gonna h-h-hurt you..."

The cat stared at him as he walked slowly. He suddenly jumped back as the cat stretched its body and began to walk to him. He backed away, making the cat continue to follow after him. Then, with one swift motion, he jumped over the nearing cat and darted for the door, panting out of fear. He ran outside and practically broke the door from slamming it. He pressed himself against the door as if the cat was a lion about to try to break through the door. After a while, his breath eased and he began for the main exit.

He stepped out in the cool air of the night and looked up, the sky filled with stars and lit up a dark blue from the bright moon. He smiled widely at the sight of the full, circular, nocturnal sun, the only light that didn't give him a headache. He loved the night air as it blew through the hair of the body he posessed. He began his usual night walk with a calm stride, walking about the illuminated trees and bushes, saying 'hello' to everything he saw as if they would respond. He even stopped about the parking lots to admire the cars parked and still for the night. He tried making out the colors, as he never saw them in the daylight. He hardly saw anything in the day's sunlight, unless it was cloudy or raining. Otherwise, even a little bit of sun would give him a migraine. He was used to the night a little too much.

"It is a beautiful night tonight..." He sighed happily, looking up his usual path. It was one of the better nights he had saw over the years he would come in. He was content with the fact he was allowed in at nights and amoung stressful situations for her. With a relaxed shift of his head, he took in the moon's glow, almost feeling like it was rejuvenating him. And happily, he went about his stroll, knowing to get back home before the sun comes out to let her back in.
Just a little bit of writing, nothing too specific. A little bit of a delve into my psyche' to explain my MPD/DID, specifically known to be Multiple Personalities. This one is for my main alter, Kai. More to come if I feel like writing for my other two alters.

If I get any comments on people saying that Multiple Personality Disorder doesn't exist or isn't a real disease, just an excuse or can't be properly diagnosed, I will immediately remove it. If I get multiple from the same person, I will block them. MPD IS REAL. I've had it since I lost my mother at 8 years old. It occurs from great trauma at a young age, usually from grief, abuse or harassment.

I accept who I am and actually feel proud from controlling this. Don't be hating.
